Following our circular dated 24 July 1997 whereby we informed you of our new communication facilities with regards to faxes and e-mail, we take pleasure in informing you of yet other communication developements.
 

As from the 1st November, 1997 there will be installed a new state of the art Telephone System with a 24 hour 7 days a week automatic operator service, and the facility of leaving messages at personal extension numbers. This should facilitate and further improve the telephone communication system between your organisation and ours, bypassing the present busy telephone operator, which many times cannot cope with the 20 exchange lines we presently have installed.

This circular is being sent to you in order to help you understand how much easier it is to contact us and to give you the relevant extension numbers for the departments and the personnel.

* Please dial the normal (+356) 235341 number.

* You do not have to listen to the messages, but can simply dial the extension number you require (listed hereunder).

* If we are closed or the extension is busy, kindly follow instructions to hold, leave a message, speak with an operator, etc.

* In case of any difficulty, you may dial 120 for the "standby operator" assistance.
