GM International Services Limited incorporates all aspects of ship & yacht registration, crewing, agency, husbandry, bunkering, chandeling, transhipments, secretarial, accountancy and legal services, including registration of mortgages.

We are seeking a SHIPPING ADMINISTRATOR to join our successful Ship Registration Department. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. The prospective candidate will also be responsible for other general office duties. Preference will be given to individuals who hold previous experience in a similar position.

 

 

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum A-Level standard of education.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Familiar with Microsoft software applications.
  • Computer literate with good numeracy skills.
  • Good organisational and analytical skills and have an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision whilst also able to work well within a team.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems.
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
